How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard orders typically take 7 to 10 business days to create. For clocks and house numbers that include lighting, please allow an additional 2 business days for completion. Once your order is ready, please factor in an extra 1 to 3 days for shipping.
Is your artwork weatherproof?
Absolutely! Most of our artwork is designed to withstand the elements, and includes a powder coated finish to withstand the elements. The exception is our Stainless Steel House Numbers, which come in a brushed finish and are therefore not powder coated. If you live near the coast, we highly recommend choosing our Grade 316 Stainless Steel or Powder Coated Aluminium options for superior corrosion resistance.
How do I mount my Metal Art Café artwork?
We make mounting easy! All our House Numbers and Metal Wall Art pieces come with all the necessary wall plugs, screws, and mountings. In most cases, you'll only need to drill a few holes. You'll typically require a drill with a hammer function and a 6mm masonry drill bit to complete the installation.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we love bringing your unique ideas to life! Please visit our Custom Orders tab on the website. There, you can tell us about your vision, share any reference photos or examples, and we'll work closely with you. We'll even create a mock-up design or two to ensure we meet your exact expectations.
Can I request a different size or colour for an existing design?
Certainly! If you need a different size or colour than our standard offerings, please log a query through our Custom Orders section. Be sure to reference the design you're interested in and specify your preferred size and finish options.
